When to take it
Any meal
Two softgels a day with a meal that contains some fat — breakfast, lunch or dinner. One with each of two meals works just as well.
Filled square: take it then. Small square: optional, if you split the dose.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
Why this form
rTG form
rTG (re-esterified triglyceride) is the triglyceride form fish oil naturally comes in, restored after the oil is purified and concentrated. It’s the form we prefer — and we won’t claim more for it than the research does.
Omega-3: EPA vs DHA →Freshness you can check
Fish oil can oxidise. We’re aiming for low oxidation values through the whole shelf life, with the test certificate for each batch published.
A dose that counts
600 mg EPA + DHA per daily dose — more than twice the 250 mg tied to the approved heart claim.
