Multivitamin
Daily base.
A quiet everyday base: 21 vitamins and minerals at around 100 % of the reference intake. No iron and no beta-carotene — on purpose.

When to take it
First meal
Take it with your first meal of the day — breakfast, or lunch if that’s when you start eating. With food, not on an empty stomach.
Filled square: take it then. Small square: optional, if you split the dose.
What’s in, and what’s not
Around 100 %, not 1000 %
Each nutrient sits close to the daily reference intake. A base for the days your diet doesn’t quite cover — not a stack of megadoses.
Multivitamin, honestly explained →No iron
Most men, and women after menopause, rarely need extra iron, and iron is best taken on its own when it is needed. That belongs in a separate product.
No beta-carotene
Large trials in smokers raised concerns about beta-carotene supplements, so we leave it out and use vitamin A in another form.
