When to take it
Any time, daily
One measure a day, stirred into water or any drink. Fill the scoop to the engraved line for 3 g, or take a full scoop for 5 g. Whenever suits you — the daily habit is what matters.
Filled square: take it then. Small square: optional, if you split the dose.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g.
The can and the scoop
One scoop, two doses
A level, full scoop is 5 g. The engraved line inside is 3 g — the dose behind the approved claim. No scale, no guessing.
