When to take it
Any time, daily
One softgel a day, whenever it suits you — with breakfast, at lunch or in the evening. Taking it with a meal is fine, but the dose and taking it every day matter most.
Filled square: take it then. Small square: optional, if you split the dose.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Why this form
D3, in oil
Cholecalciferol is the same form of vitamin D your skin makes from sunlight. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so it comes dissolved in oil inside the softgel.
40 µg, on purpose
800 % of the reference intake, and well within the Norwegian limit of 80 µg a day in supplements for adults. A considered dose, not the biggest number on the shelf.
Vitamin D and the Nordic winter →Small and simple
One small softgel, 90 in a jar — about three months of the habit.
